Delivery

Standard stock items are sent within the UK via Royal Mail First Class for a flat-rate fee of £4.95. If you are ordering from outside the UK, please get in touch so that I can arrange a suitable courier and advise you of prices. Please be aware that if you are ordering from outside the UK, you may be liable for VAT or import duties. I make every effort to post items as soon as possible once payment has been received and not later than three working days.

If you have ordered a bespoke item, I will be in touch during the making process and send images of the finished item with details of the delivery.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return standard stock items for a full refund within 14 days of receipt. The item must be returned unused and in any original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please obtain proof of postage. Return packages should be clearly addressed to:

Refunds are processed on receipt of the item.

Bespoke or custom work is not eligible for return unless it is deemed faulty. Please get in touch as soon as possible if you believe this to be the case so that any issue can be resolved.
